By accessing and using GhanaBar LMS at scarfoldgroupgh.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be a registered member of the Ghana Bar Association to access certain courses
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your account with others
• You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes

3. CPD Hours & Certificates

CPD hours are awarded upon successful completion of eligible courses. Certificates are issued automatically upon meeting all course requirements. The Ghana Bar Association reserves the right to verify and validate CPD claims.

4. Payments & Refunds

Course fees are processed securely through Paystack. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 20% of the course content. Contact info@scarfoldgroupgh.com for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and resources on this platform are owned by the Ghana Bar Association or the respective course instructors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

GhanaBar LMS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any interruptions, errors, or losses arising from the use of this platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
